"I had a marvelous experience at Dazzle Dental! They are a small but mighty team that truly makes you feel like part of the family! I went to the dentist plenty as a kid but as many do fell off as an adult; but the one time I went to a different practice a few years ago it felt so corporate and like they were trying to upsell me on treatments that I stopped going. I realized recently I needed to find a new dentist and I am so glad I found Dazzle Dental!
First off, I had never been to a dentist that took so many thorough x-rays, and let me see all of them! I had multiple x-rays my first visit, and even though I had seen the basic x-ray image of my full mouth before, I had never been shown the more focused x-rays of specific areas that they took when I was at other practices. It was so cool to get to see them and know exactly what the dentist was referencing when talking about my teeth.
Dr. Patki was friendly, kind, and thorough, and her and Lydia were an amazing team while working on me! I don't normally have much pain or anxiety at the dentist, but it had been a few years since my last cleaning and the build up on my teeth made the cleaning a bit uncomfortable at times. Dr. Patki was so considerate during the cleaning, and let me take a break when I needed it. I had a filling a couple weeks later that I was a bit nervous about since I had never had one before, but it went off without a hitch and I was in and out in about 30 minutes!
It was also really cool to have the TVs on the ceiling and be given full reign of Netflix during my cleaning; I've been to other practices with TVs but I've never been given the option of what to watch or headphones before! I did not even have to ask, she just handed me the remote and the headphones and told me to pick whatever I wanted. It was nice to have a comfort tv show on in the background to help cover up the loud noises while they were working on my teeth.
And finally Glenda at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and I had never had my treatment plan and insurance coverage explained to me so clearly at any medical office before! She made it so clear what was covered at my visit, what wasn't, and why, and did everything in her power to make sure I got the most coverage possible for my treatments.
